School of Rock actor Rivkah Reyes has revealed that the movie's closing was the idea of a blighter cast member, Kevin Clark, WHO was sole 13 at the meter.

"The end wasn't landing place," Neftali Ricardo Reyes said in a video recording on TikTok. (H/T Insider) "We tested extraordinary edition of it where we win [the Battle of the Bands competition]. We proven another version of it where we lose and that's IT. Information technology just wasn't hitting. The team was just like, 'What come we do about this ending?' And Kevin is just like, 'It'd atomic number 4 cool if like, we lost and so the audience started cheering, 'School of Sway! School of Tilt!' then they bring us out for an encore.'"

Reyes added: "So this guy, at 13 years old, wrote the ending of School of Rock." The movie ends exactly as Clark suggested, with the band – led by guitarist-turned-fill in teacher Dewey Finn (Jack Black) – taking to the stage once Sir Thomas More despite their defeat to do AC/DC's IT's a Long Fashio to the Crest (If You Wanna Rock 'n' Roll).

Clark played Freddy "Spazzy McGee" Jones, the dance band's drummer, while Reyes was bassist Katie "Posh Spice". Clark passed off earlier this year after a car accident; he didn't act up in another leading movie after his role in School of John Rock, but continued working as a player. Directed by Richard Linklater, the flic was released in 2003 and besides starred Mike White, Joan Cusack, and Sarah Silverman.
